in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Pay Pal for
online orders.
You may also call 1-515-577-0584 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order
will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy

including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing
the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration
dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Return Policy
I stand behind all of my work. All items are returnable
for credit or refund (less shipping) if returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment. If you
paid by credit card, I will credit your account. If you paid by check or money order, I will issue a check. Please
call or email me before returning an item. If your jewelry should ever break, just return it to me (with all
of its original pieces), and I will fix it for you. This is good for a lifetime and all you ever pay is shipping.
Item Availability & Pricing
Several of my pieces on this site are one-of-a-kind. I will usually be very
quick to update when items are sold. If, however, I am not fast enough, and the piece you've ordered is unavailable,
I will email you to let you know (your credit card will not be charged). If may be possible for me to make another
one in the same style and with the same or similar gemstones/beads, colors etc. I will let you know this also in my
email and you can decide.
Prices are subject to change based on the current market price of sterling silver , gold
filled, gemstone beads, findings and other supplies.
About Sold Items
If you see a sold item that you like, I can usually make a similar piece. Please
email me. I will let you know the cost and how long it will take.

If you do not see what you are looking for , please email me with your requests.
I will email you with cost, stone availability, and how long it will take to complete. I require a non-refundable
50% deposit on all special requests. All special request sales are final.
Warning
All baby (child) bracelets contain very small pieces of jewelry. These include beads,
pearls, charms, sterling letters etc. Therefore, if a bracelet breaks, these small components could provide a CHOCKING
HAZARD to the baby (child). It is advsxed that if your child is less than 3 years of age, these bracelets should be
used only as an heirloom nad NOT for daily wear. Further, always supervise your child and never leave them unattended
while they are wearing a baby (child) jewelry.
